Our warranty covers everything – including electrical components, castors, pneumatic cylinders, tilts, and all moving mechanisms. It recognises the changing nature of work and the need for products that can stand up to continuous use.
If you need a product serviced or repaired, please contact the Herman Miller dealer, retailer, or our online store where you purchased the product. They will be able to make the final determination on if the issue is specifically covered under the warranty and eligible for replacement or repair.

Herman Miller cannot guarantee the condition or the authenticity of the components used for products purchased from unauthorised resellers or any second-hand products. Unfortunately items purchased this way will not be covered by Herman Miller’s warranty. However, please contact the reseller directly as they may have more options for you to consider.
